Seaside All Suites Hotel

Negative points: Simply terrible. I came to Seaside in Miami North Beach, and upon arriving, I was faced with a building with a rather old structure, which had a certain impact on me and my family, leaving us frustrated from the start. After searching for the reception for some time, which is located in a rather secluded place, and after looking for two rooms for myself and my family, we were faced with a charge of $100 per room, not counting the $102 deposit per room, totaling $404, which is absurd for mediocre accommodation. The rooms smell of mold, not to mention the great absurdity that occurred when I brushed my teeth, where the sink handle simply fell into my hands, as you can see in the image below. Positive: Horrible! Negative: 2 towels for 4 people no wash clothes no bath mats no end tables room wasn’t ready and it was already an hour after check in

The hotel is located right next to the beach (not even 5 minutes away), and we like it so much cause the girls loved it. The room: not so cleanse but it was just to sleeping, the bed has to be changed (was making noise when we were sitting on it), missing so face cloth and only 2 big towels and we were 4 persons. I had to go to reception to ask for more each time. Overall, we had a very nice stay for our week vacation.

This hotel truly stands out for both its exceptional location and outstanding service. The location is perfect—convenient, accessible, and close to everything you need, making the stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. What really made the experience memorable, though, was the service. Every staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. A special mention goes to Caridad Martinez, whose leadership clearly reflects in the high standards of service throughout the hotel. She was welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her and her staff all made my experience top notch. Highly recommended, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Great experience at Seaside Hotel. The location is excellent — the beach is just across the street, which is very convenient. The room was clean and well maintained, and everything was in good condition. A big plus is that the staff speaks both English and Spanish, which makes communication very easy. Overall, a very good option to stay in Miami thanks to its location, cleanliness, and service. Highly recommended. 🌴
