Seascape Tropical Inn

So I was in love with this little BandB. We were staying here for 2 nights and I start with 1) the management and workers - they were great! It was my husband’s bd and I asked what they can do, they kindly offered us a bottle of wine to make our stay and celebration better. Everyone was extremely nice to us, the housekeeping lady helped me with the luggage, which she didn’t have to, everyone was nice and helpful. 2) The room was updated, but still had that Key west vibe of a grandma’s house(❤️) and very spacious (we are in key west, keep that in mind), very clean, nicely smelling and with Elemis toiletries which surprised me a lot. They don’t have pool on the property, but they do have a hot tub. Plenty of places to relax and chill. They also provide continental breakfast with Mimosas. Wha

I have no clue why previous reviewer said this place was rundown. She must be blind or have a vendetta. This place was very updated, very well maintained, very nice and spotless! Ideal location, free parking and very decent breakfast. Lovely little place to stay.

Positive: Location was great, very cute & clean. Negative: Parking is 3 blocks away, not convenient. Our room needed a chair instead of two dressers.

Britney at the front was beyond lovely!! This property was THE perfect location. Close to everything! Great stay and experience for a quick getaway.

Zero soundproofing, and the AC is so damn noisy. There’s an energy saver mode which is impractical to use because it turns on and off automatically literally every minute or so. The spiral staircase is small and dangerous. My entire family was wide awake by 4 AM due to the AC and outside roosters. I just don’t think a lot of careful thoughts were put into designing a good quiet space for tired guests that’s worth $450
