Seacoast Miami Suites offers a fantastic oceanfront location, but my recent stay fell far short of expectations given the price point. The proximity to the beach and surrounding Miami attractions is excellent, yet the overall guest experience was disappointing. The property itself feels extremely dated and poorly maintained, with worn furniture, visible scratches, wall damage, and an overall sense of neglect. Cleanliness was a concern during our stay, and we even encountered a roach issue in the unit, which is unacceptable at this rate and in this area. Basic amenities were inconsistent: towels were limited and had to be repeatedly requested, and the Wi‑Fi was unreliable to the point of being unusable for most of our visit. My family and I stayed at this Miami condo in October, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Checking in was a frustrating ordeal-the front desk staff seemed clueless and completely uninterested in helping. There were two security guards present, supposedly local police officers, but they did nothing but sit around and goof off. Great location in a safe area, about 3 miles from South Beach, so it’s easy to get there with a quick Uber or even a longer walk if you’re up for it. Like many beach properties, pricing reflects the location and demand, especially during peak times. I stayed during the boat show and Valentine’s Day weekend, so it was understandably busy. We booked a corner King Suite with two bedrooms, and the biggest highlights were the space, layout, and balcony. The room offered plenty of room to spread out, which was exactly what we were looking for. While the decor isn’t ultra-modern like some newly renovated resorts, everything functioned properly and we had all the essentials — dishes, silverware, cups, and working fixtures. For the price, I think this place was great. The building is old and dated, and the elevator is slow. But the stairs worked great to get in some extra steps! We felt safe walking around at night, and could not get enough of the wonderful views. Quick walk to the beach, easy access to a beautiful boardwalk, friendly staff, good restaurant and nice little market on site to pick up anything you need.
