Sea Breeze Motel

Pleasant outside appearance & feels safe. Plenty of parking off semi-busy semi-historical street. Takes cash only. Pervasive smoke smell in my room. Top sheet had black specks, black bottom sheet seemed ok. Shower was great- hot water, pressure, clean! Internet worked fine. Will return again because it is decent for the price ($60+$5 deposit) & close to Kingyo Sushi & Ramen #SWtop5FWfd , but with a can of Febreeze . Not sure who the managers were from reviews 1y+ ago, but these South Asian managers were helpful, giving soap and replacement towel. Across from 4 strip malls, including a full Vietnamese grocery that also had imports from Thailand, Korea, & Philippines

Roaches everywhere in our room. In the bed to. No mirrors and the shower sprayed all over the floor when it was turned on couldnt stop it. Remote tv did not work and the tv had no buttons to change channel. And the front window bottom half could jus be pushed in from outside so wht good is locks on the door. And last but not least very rude employees.

When we first got there the lady said we had to clean room ourselves. That there was a tiny tiny bug problem. Went to room and lock is missing from door they put carpet in the hole. Very nasty place should be shut down. Cockroaches everywhere. Litterly falling from the ceiling and crawling all over bed. Toilet wouldn't even flush. Fridge had dead cockroaches in it and climbing all over everywhere. When we asked for our money she kept $5 of it and said there was a fee for cancellation. I never been in such a nasty place in my life.

Well it's cheap is about all I can say good about it. Other than that the guy who owns it doesn't take pride in it what so ever. And if you try to make it liveable he will kick you out. He's trash and so are the rooms. I don't recommend it to anyone unless your a druggie or homeless. The again I seen homeless have better camps they made than this place.

Love this place, the manager Cora worked with me and my family when nobody would and she also helped me reunite my family. I owe this motel and the manager more than I could ever repay for that fact alone. To b blunt this is the most comfortable honest and best motel in Fort Worth
