We have been long time IHG Holiday Inn Express customers and I have to say this location is the worst location we’ve ever stayed at! |The beds that we have loved for years were not at this location or it could be that the mattress is in a plastic bag! This was the worst sleep ever if you can call it sleep. There is no hot water it is tepid at best. Breakfast was total crap! No milk for the meager cereal they had to offer, pancake machine not working, no juices, no pastries, 1 orange a few apples, crappy looking biscuits and gravy that looked liked yesterdays leftovers at best. |Customer service no help whatsoever but can’t blame them for not having supplies! |This is all on management!|Definitely never staying here again and DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

We had a great 1 night stay. The lady at the front was extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was great for our 8yr old. Super plus for him was the fire station next door and the train that runs by. 4 stars because our room wasn’t the cleanest. Let the front desk know and they said they’ve been working on it.

We scheduled a reservation at this hotel as we were coming up for Christmas with our family. Unfortunately something came up last minute (as they do around the holidays) and we were unable to make the reservation. I called and tried to see if we had any recourse as we were past the cancellation window and was basically told that the manager thought they had too many cancellations that day so they could not offer us any recourse and we would be charged the full amount. I would have been happy to just have been given credit towards a future stay, but once they get your money, they really don’t care anymore. I realize what the cancellation policy was but I have stayed at hundreds of Holiday Inn Express locations around the country and never been treated so poorly with such a disregard for c

We had a wonderful experience from the very beginning of our multiple-room booking journey with Jennifer for a wedding. The staff was incredibly attentive and understood that our entire family was traveling from various places to attend the celebration. They went above and beyond to ensure our rooms were close together, allowing us to stay connected with ease. What truly stood out was the thoughtful attention to one of our guests who was uncomfortable using elevators. The team was extremely considerate and made sure all of our rooms were conveniently located on the main floor. The hotel was spotless, the staff was consistently helpful, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future!

We just had the single worst hotel experience in over 30 years of travel. We arrived at the hotel at 9:15 PM with a confirmed reservation and were told by Briana at the front desk that their system was down. While she could see our reservation and confirmation number, we were told we couldn’t be checked in.|Our options: *Wait 3–5 hours in hopes the system issue would resolve. *Book a new room at a higher rate (with no refund for the one we already paid for) *Go to another hotel — and still lose the money we already paid.|Absolutely no effort was made to resolve the issue or make the situation right.
