Red Roof Inn Haltom City

Our house burnt down on dec 10th and I knew red roof inn let's you have your pets. So we chose to stay there even when insurance offered to put us in an air bnb we stayed for the sole purpose they allow pets. We are a forever customer because of this reason. The office people were nice didnt make things real hard. The guy we checked in the first night was the best. He was making jokes with us and really went out of his way to make our mood better than what it was when we walked in the doors. December was the worst month of my life we lost everything. But I got to keep my furbabies with me through it all thanks to them.

The rooms at Red Roof Inn Haltom City are ALWAYS clean. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. They really do a great job of making sure guests are well cared for and do their best to find a solution to any problem that may arise for their guests. We stay here any time we need to motel room. Thank you, Red Roof for doing a great job.

Management is rude. They treat everyone like they're a drug addict! This is the worst hotel I've been in in a long time! I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. The minute I got here they changed my reservation to a room with no working outlets. One working light and a refrigerator that doesn't work! If you want to waste your money come here.. I work for a living..

I normally love coming to this hotel when I’m in town….. I arrive early and they can’t even accommodate a frequent guest that stay here all the time disappointed and would never return here!!! Smh after all they put me through I always returned from seeing a mouse inside the room…from SWAT kicking doors in scaring me out my sleep and I smelled my first dead body staying in this hotel. It’s very disappointing I have to find a new hotel to stay when I come to town…. I canceled my reservation and I rather just sleep in my car!!! I do not recommend

If you stay here be sure to get a superior room cause the other standard rooms dont come with microwaves the beds are lumpy and hurt your back and the toilet dont flush just swirl around the bowl place absolutely sucks
