Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Haltom City Ft. Worth

The only reason I rated this place one star was because I had to pick a star in order to write a review. This location is family owned and operated but they don't treat guest like family and the brother is extremely unprofessional! No breakfast! No coffee! But the price for one night is the same as hotels that do offer breakfast, coffee, etc. My wife and I have stayed here several times for convenience but have never had a pleasant experience! The last time we stayed we immediately noticed a used CONDOM under the bed we tried calling front desk but no answer all night. When the staff finally came a removed the condom he apologized but did not want to change our room or negotiate a discount to stay an additional night. DO NOT STAY HERE ITS JUST NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY! Ive been a member for years and so the rate for members is amazing BUT Haltom City location is independently owned. Customer service is out the door... Straight up rude front desk staff. It never fails.I noticed the owner followed us to our room...how creepy is that? Dead large waterbugs were found on the dark,stained,and smelly carpet. The housekeeping team forgot to change our trash and remove the prior guest bathroom amenities. We found used soap in the shower. The continental breakfast is highly supervised the kids went for food and the attendant served them dirty looks.

This is a very affordable hotel and in a safe part of town. The rooms are always so clean when I come here. The staff has always been very accommodating to my special requests especially because I normally check in really late at night.

If i didn't have to give it a start, I wouldn't, but it made me give it one. Im surprised they are still open. The guy that's there is rude, while the lady in the front can't seem to remember her job. Didn't ask about any pets, but will definitely go into your room without your permission, and go through your stuff. They charge a lady with a service dog $100, which isn't right but are charging others $60. How can you charge for a Service dog, that is down right wrong! They come by knocking on your door at 8am asking if you're staying another night and check out isn't until 11am. They say they are pet-friendly, but don't take cats, you are suppose to know it while they have a sign behind the desk where people can't see it at all. They are quick to take your money, don't want to return it, w
