Customer Reviews
I stayed at Scout Living during my recent work trip for 4 nights. The property was spotless, super easy to find, and in an amazing location right near Ponce City Market which made grabbing dinner, coffee, or just walking around after meetings incredibly convenient.Room was spacious and comfortable with everything you need and a space to work. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. There was a hiccup with my booking not syncing properly from my company’s travel portal to their system, but Bria at the front desk handled everything flawlessly. She was calm, professional, and genuinely kind, quickly finding me a new room and making sure I was taken care of. She also gave fantastic recommendations on where to go in the area, which made my stay even better. Thank you Bria for turning
We have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years for cheer competitions and this was probably the best experience we have had to date. We stayed in the 2 bedroom and it had plenty of room for all the things we have to bring with us. There is a tv in the living room area but if you want one for the bedroom you must request it from the front desk. Every staff member we came in contact with was friendly and super helpful. The room was a little more than we normally spend for competitions but the valet parking was cheaper than anywhere else we’ve stayed. Plenty of food choices within walking distance. I hope we are able to stay here again next year.
Wow. I have no words to describe how awesome this building is. Gerae showed me all of the units and was so patient in helping me decide the best space for me. Since then, Gerae is someone I’ve been able to work well with during my sign up process, contact and reach efficiently for any questions. The building is phenomenal. Located next to PCM, Whole Foods. Extremely safe with great parking. My room is so clean and cozy and has the best use of space: very Scandinavian style. Feels like I’m living in my own place and I often forget it’s a hotel. The staff are extremely kind. Jay, the cleaning manager is so sweet, providing, and engaging. Kathleen at front desk has been so accommodating, especially as I always forget my key. The building hosts the most beautiful events in the rental spaces, t
The staff at this hotel could not be better. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful. The room has a well equipped kitchen. There is no TV in and room, but they will bring one up if you call. The bedroom layout is odd. The bed goes from the indented cubby to the end wall. There are two pocket doors on each side. You cannot walk around the bed. It made me feel colsterphobic. Two other friends that stayed there said it made them feel like they were camping in a tent. I liked all of the room except for the bedroom. There are many restaurants and shops around. Only while you are checked in do you have access to an elevator that goes to the main market area. So I found myself having to carry my luggage up the stairs to check in.
I’ve lived here for almost 6 months as an international on an extended stay in Atlanta. Scout was truly the best place for me to stay for my time here! The apartments are not the biggest but the space is used very well, and they are modern and very new. The shared spaces are great and the rooftop with pool gives you a (almost) 360 degree view of Atlanta. The team in the leasing office and Trey in particular were very helpful when I first secured the lease. The restaurant downstairs is great and a super convenient spot for breakfast / lunch. Location is great in general, probably one of the only walkable spots in all of ATL. The only con I can think of is that the AC / ventilation cannot be turned off and is not the quietest. So if you are very sensible to noise, this may not be for you.
