Scottsdale North Phoenix

We just finished our stay at Kasa North Phoenix. We got nervous because we saw some bad reviews and there havent been many reviews in the last year. DO NOT be afraid to BOOK THIS! What a great experience. It is very self directed but the support is phenomenal. The apartment had a bit of wear and tear but it was nothing bad at all. It smelled good. The bed was so comfortable and it was stocked with everything we needed. And it was lovely to spend four days in a two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen for our four days and it cost less than a hotel. WE loved it and will be looking for Kasa properties in the future. And the location was PERFECTION!!! Enjoy your next stay at Kasa.

This apartment was very comfortable, has everything you would need. I liked that they left some detergent and pods for the fish washer. Location is fantastic with regards to restaurants, shopping & more. I stayed two weeks, parking was easy and service was excellent.

Absolutely filthy and trashy. Stained carpets, chipped and damaged walls, stank like a New Delhi sewer - and that was just the hallways. The unit absolutely reeked of cigarettes (non-smoking room with placards stating such), stained carpets and damaged walls, and one key fob for access was missing. My colleague had no cookware in her unit (I didn't stay long enough to check mine). The amount of personal information required prior to check-in was invasive; I've given less for government security clearances. I left 10 minutes after walking in and stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn. I demanded a full refund and all they offered was a single day (out of a 5 night stay). The whole thing felt like a scam looking for ways to grab money under the guise of the Damage Deposit. Trust me - GO ANYWHE

We are nearly at the end of our 5 nights stay in a two bedroom apartment with Kasa. Whilst we are still here, I thought I’ll add my feedback. |The pros - the apartment is lovely and well laid out. The toiletries were well stocked for our stay, I.e. toilet rolls, face tissues, body wash, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. Used the body wash once, but didn’t like it (personal preference obviously), didn’t use the shampoo and conditioner so can’t comment. There’s a hair dryer in the bathroom as well. |There was sufficient cutlery and crockery, pans and cutting boards etc for cooking. There was dishwasher soap and washing detergent pods too. |The apartment is located in a prime location. Our stay was great. We saw some reviews that complained about the check in policy being confusing and the maze-like layout of the building, but it really wasn’t too bad. Our one bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we wanted. We took advantage of the huge gym, the hot tub and the pool. The best feature is the proximity to great shopping and dining - all within close walking distance. We would definitely stay at this location again.
