Scottsdale Camelback Resort

Everything about this resort was wonderful. The property was very well maintained and the Villa we stayed in looked newly decorated. It was spacious and had all the amenities to make our stay very comfortable, even a washer and dryer. The resort was in a good location, near plenty of restaurants, art galleries and shopping mall. Front desk staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I was able to use their parking lot as my walking track, every morning, as it was pretty flat and accommodated my troubled knee. I would definitely recommend a stay in the 2 bedroom villa.

First impressions are everything Vanessa was so nice and welcoming. Freedom on the other hand was not. Get to the room smells of cigars okay no big deal I lite candles. Rooms are extremely outdated. The controller to the television did not work. We stayed 4 days 3 nights and when asked for more washcloths etc. housekeeping stated they had to ask the front desk for permission to provide them 🤦🏽‍♀️ they also had nats flying around in our room. Massages were amazing! That was probably the best part! Overall nice location it was extremely quiet which was a plus because we came to reset for the new year. That’s pretty much it

We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom unit that was well suited for two adults and two teens. The unit sleeps six, and was stocked with exactly six sets of plates, glasses, and utensils, along with two wine glasses and two coffee cups. The kitchen had a reasonable variety of pots and pans, which met our needs. While the property itself is dated, it offers many on-site activities and overall was a good experience.||That said, there were some frustrating aspects. A daily resort fee is charged, nearly equivalent to what locals pay for a full-day resort pass, so it was disappointing that the hot tub was out of service for our first two days. My husband and I came to this resort for some much-needed relaxation after the holidays (2025) and we haven’t even left yet—I’m already excited to write this review! Everyone has been incredibly hospitable, and the entire property is spotless. A special thank-you to Deborah and Christina at Jackrabbit Spa. We enjoyed a couples massage, and it was hands-down the best massage either of us has ever had. The experience was truly exceptional and made our stay even more memorable. We can’t wait to return to try the new resort spa. Highly recommend.
