House keeping opened the door on me repeatedly asking if I wanted the room cleaned while I was nude... then I left my streaming stick and they said they didnt have it thats the 2nd one ive left there that I didnt get back. Housekeeping staring at me naked with the door open is why im probably not coming back

Do not stay here! No housekeeping service during our stay. Had to call for towels each night. Beds never made, trash never emptied. Sheets were dirty when we arrived. Asked for clean sheets and didn’t get them. Signs of bedbugs on one mattress. Gum stuck on tv remote. Floors were dirty. Asked front desk why we weren’t getting housekeeping and man was very rude. Said they didn’t have enough help and nothing he could do about it. I should have been given this information before I paid so I could have stayed somewhere else. Asked for a partial refund but was refused. I will never stay here again. Do not stay here. Horrible service and dirty beds.

The first night we stayed the staff had a party outside in the pool area til 11ish pm they had their music loud, people shouting and the parking lot was full of their cars.Their maids dont come to clean youre room and if an when they do they don't knock they just come on in. They also let their maids steal the occupants property!! Rooms are dirty! All the blankets smell and have cigarette holes all the bed sheets are stained and walls are full of yuck, microwave and refrigerator are dirty from previous occupants. Every time we flused the toilet urine would come out from the toilet and management did was put towels and did not offer to move us rooms and mind you we were paid up for a week! The shower head would gush out water every time we showered . Old AC no ventilation when we cooked! Ro

Positive: Location, it is right off the interstate near a lot of food options. The bed was comfortable. Negative: There is no breakfast, even tho breakfast is in the description. It was the only thing I required other than 2 beds. I went down for breakfast at 7 am & again at 830 am, nothing but watered down juice. The room smelled horrible also, it never went away.

Is ok. Beds hard. Pillows flat. As expected for the price. Ok for a one night stop.
