I had a business couple coming into town for one night. I came by on Friday midday and made the reservation for them. The front desk said, "Everything is set! All your guest have to do is offer their id. You are set up even for incidentals. You don't have to be here for them to check in." So imagine my disbelief when I get a call from the front desk asking about credit cards and totally ignoring what the First Lady had said. Now I look like an idiot in front of my friends and what should have been a seamless operation. And I've stayed there myself multiple of times.

We've only been here 2 days, but we love it!!! The BEST hotel in the area. ❤️❤️❤️Ms. Lyniah checked us in quickly and was very professional, informative and sweet.

Unbelievably so, the mattresses are pretty comfy! Cool palm trees on property. My only complaint, bar area is CLOSED ON WEEKENDS! What in the world. ?????

Love this hotel, friendly staff, front desk person was generous to allow early check in. Huge room with lots of space. Fresh breakfast served daily, and free parking. Indoor pool is too cold but Otherwise Highly recommend, downtown attractions is 30 mins away due to traffic.
