If you're going to visit Lake Okeechobee this motel is very convenient to all the stores and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable and the owners are quick to respond to any issues. I like that you can pull right up to your room. There are plenty of places to fish and there is bicycle trail that goes all the way around the lake.

Rooms are small, but very clean. Nothing broken or not working. No smells or odor. Bed is comfy. Asked the cleaning lady for more towels and they were fresh from the laundry. She was very nice. Desk clerks have been very nice as well. Would stay again.

Remarkably well maintained and clean. The owners are welcoming and eager to provide a high quality service. I like that I can park right next to my room. Although it's an excellent value, I'm feeling pampered and well taken care of. The selection of channels on the TV is very good. This motel makes me happy.

Scottish Inns Okeechobee, FL – 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a great surprise! First time ever staying at a motel and I honestly didn’t know what to expect—but this place was fantastic. The owner deserves special credit: incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about his guests. So helpful that it almost becomes entertaining 😂 You immediately feel taken care of. The cleanliness is next level 🧼✨ Seriously spotless—from the room to the bathroom, everything feels fresh and well looked after. And the bed 🛌? Shockingly comfortable better than at expensive hotels I have stayed at! Only small downside: if you’re a light sleeper, the road noise 🛣️ can be noticeable in the morning. That said, I’d happily stay here again without hesitation. A hidden gem with great hospitality!
