Stayed for the weekend and let me say the only good thing was who I assume is the owner...Nice gentleman but the room itself was absolutely disgusting. Let me explain it was so dirty from the floors to the bathroom...Baseboards were disgusting so much dust, door to the bathroom was dirty and what looked like it was broken...the fan doesn't work in the bathroom and is full of dust ( looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months..shower curtain had mold and soap scum on it, there is a problem with the sink itself.. doesn't drain properly...The ac is so loud...a bed that is not comfortable and moves when you get up (frame is on wheels) you get 2 pillows and 2 towels, no phone, no kettle or coffee maker...The noise is unbelievable, TV is in the room but you get nothing to watch...Horrible experi

Location is good. Service is ok. The only thing I would recommend is to clean the rooms more thoroughly. The mirror is dirty, same as the bath tub (bath curtains are covered with red and black mold) and the floor (was absolutely dirty and sticky).

start with the positive, 10 minute walk from the main street, bed linen clean|negative, booked a family room with 3 beds, allocated a room with 2 beds. shown to a dark, dingy room very cramped room/|had to pay extra for a room with 3 beds|room slightly brighter but both rooms in dire need of complete refurbishment.|there was a fire/smoke alarm but only the casing so the alarm did not work. 2 of our children were very upset that the alarm would not work|there was a bath but no bath plug|had to ask for extra toilet roll|used toiletries left in bathroom and not enough towels for 6 people|asked for a kettle, first one did not work got a replacement but.were told not to plug the kettle in the same time as the microwave as it would short circuit;|no cups or coffee/tea making available to use wit

We had 4 adults & 2 children so we had the family room with 3 queen beds & a couch, mini frig & microwave. We paid in US$. The room and hotel were definitely dated and the area that we drove through seemed very run down, but that is just the area as there were nice hotels right in the midst. We got what we paid for- a room for a night, just a place to shower & sleep. It was clean & no smells. Beds were comfortable. Manager was nice, Indian accent - hard for me to understand on the phone. Hotels closer to the falls were very much more expensive. This is a good choice for one night.
