Scottish Inns Locust Grove, GA

I ask for room service to please bring me an extra pillow they said no. This is almost the worst experience in an inn that I have ever experienced. The room was dirty and I had no water pressure at all. I will never stay again.

Positive: The staffs were very pleasant and readily to assist. Negative: It's was heavily fill with smoke, and the shower curtains were moldy.

Horrible customer service. Booked a room for 2 nights & everything was nice. Had no microwave but made due. Ended up having to go back a 3rd night paid full online. Got there & turned on the AC & an hour later it was still 89 degrees in our room. Called the front & the owners wife yelled at us because we’d asked for a different room with a better AC. She then brought the maintenance man & he brushed his hand across the top & walked out. To never come back. My husband walked to the front & they’d called the cops & we was told “it was best to leave & contact booking.com for our refund” AFTER the lady screamed at us that would give us a full refund. When I travel, I am looking for a clean room and a good bed. I found both here. I did not look for amenities because I only wanted a good night's sleep and I got that here. The night clerk was extremely helpful and very kind. On top of everything, they accepted pets! I also had no reservation and was able to get a room for my exact specifications. Cost was very good, too. Would I stay here again? You bet!

The location has 24/7 cameras and 7 days a week police units that check the area for anything that seem out the ordinary. The remodeled rooms are exceptional, with exceptional prices. They do offer weekly rates for rooms that are not part of their latest upgrades or remodeling. Weekly rates are typically around $350 but you have to ask management at the time of booking.
