SpringHill Suites by Marriott Locust Grove

New - Clean - Wonderful Staff!! - As Titanium Elite, we have stayed in a lot of Marriott properties over the last 25 years. The room layout was one of the best we've found and worked perfect for us - very functional without feeling overcrowded or wasted space. The staff was exceptionally friendly and we had the opportunity to witness the reading of reviews and found that to be a really fun experience. It is obvious that this team works well together and enjoy their jobs. The location was perfect, right off 75 - but no highway noise - close to a variety of restaurants. The room and overall facility was clean and inviting. Breakfast was very good and the hostesses went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed and had whatever we needed.

Hotel seems brand new! Very clean and excellent customer service. Our room was really nice and it was refreshed while we were there. All common areas were clean and well taken care of. Miguel at the front desk was nice and welcoming! Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was clean, comfortable, & enjoyable. The staff was beyond amazing with their friendly conversations & an overview of their encouraging team meeting! Every area of service was as valuable as the next. Plus, the breakfast was the best we had on our two week travels! We will definitely be staying at this location again someday!

It appears that the hotel has recently opened, and the property is clean and bright throughout. The room is very comfortable, primarily because of its generous size. There are plenty of light fixtures, which I appreciate, as well as numerous electrical outlets for charging personal devices. However, one issue that really bothers me is the very low water pressure. It takes a long time for hot water to reach the sink or shower, which feels like a waste of water and makes simple tasks like showering or washing hands take longer than they should. Overall, it is a nice and clean place, but the outdoor parking spaces are very narrow, which makes loading or unloading the car quite difficult.

had an excellent experience with AnQuarius at the hotel front desk. From the moment I checked in, he was friendly, professional, and very helpful. He greeted us with a great attitude, answered all of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. His customer service was top-notch and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. AnQuarius truly made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel .
