Scottish Inns Kenmore, NY

This is my 4th time coming here. The rooms are great perfect size. Every time I visited the room were always clean and smell good comfortable beds. The service is great very respectful and helpful if I need anything. I do highly recommend.

I hate the fact that I have to pay $95 for a room at an old rundown hotel, but that's just the way it is in this area of New York. ||All that aside, the owners have attempted to improve things and overall the room was decent, had a fridge, microwave and a flatscreen TV that all worked fine, and it smelled orangey fresh despite being old (i,e., budget). But the reason I will never return is that it's just a sketchy area with a lot of drinking and fighting into the wee hours of the morning. Management does not seem to monitor this as it happened both nights I was in the place. ||I should've left after the first incident of domestic violence I witnessed in the parking lot, but I had already paid and would've lost my full amount. My wife spent some time here and the only positive thing that my wife said from her experience is that the room didn’t smell like smoke. She requested an extra blanket for herself and my son and was denied. Denied an extra blanket, Ive never had an establishment do that. She would have stayed the whole week but because of their service she left and stayed elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for quality service. If you’re looking for cheap prices then go for it. The rooms will not match the pictures and the place is just generic motel.

Horrible, Number 1 was lied to this is not a hotel this is a motel with horrid service and the room looked nothing like the images. Number 2 the man at the front office had a horrible attitude was nice at first but the second I asked a question he hit me with “you did not read the terms correctly” Number3 walked into the room and it smelt like cigarettes even though the “hotel” is smoke free and now all of my stuff smells like cigarettes. Number 4 The bed was very squeaky and the moment I moved just a little it made sounds. Could not sleep at all. Number 5 Awoken around 3 am heard people shouting and very loud and aggressive Number 6 Bathroom door in room 201 would not lock or close for that matter Also provided towels had bugs in them Number 7 shampoo and body wash did not work and shampo
