Where do I even start. Let’s start with first appearance of the place when you first come to the place it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or maintained in well over a year. Went inside the room gets even worse cigarette burns on everything black stuff on the rim of the toilet yellow stains on the bed along with red stains. And here’s the best part ✨bed bugs✨ and when asked about them owner said “those are not our sheets or beds” ended up leaving very dissatisfied if I could leave negative review I would

Positive: The staff there was so nice warm, inviting, beautiful people. Will definitely be staying there the next time I come back to visit. Negative: Nothing major. There were a couple of potholes that just needed to be filled in. I know it’s Buffalo, New York, and I know that the snow and ice messes up the road.l understand that. nothing major.

Honestly didn't stay there, a family member did. It was sub par, decorated like it was out of the 80s and the manager assumed he had the right to enter the room at will. Seriously, you're better off at a Motel 6 or sleeping in your vehicle. For what it's worth, if you're approaching from the north plan to go past and turn around or you might as well plan to camp in the left turn lane, the entrance is literally a few feet from the signal light.

We were a family of 6.We booked the family room which was comfortable with a fridge and microwave. It suited our purpose. The room was clean and comfortable, though the bathroom wasn't really good. That needed upkeep. The location of the motel is excellent and we would definitely recommend this place if you need to shop and eat.THANK YOU to the very helpful and efficient staff of Blue Falls Motel.
