While the room itself was comfortable, the service I received was unacceptable. The location manager, Nil, treated me not as a guest but as if I were a competitor. He began yelling and aggressively knocking on my door as early as 7 a.m., disturbing my rest. He also verbally abused me, calling me inappropriate names such as "asshole." This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and deeply disrespectful. To make matters worse, the receptionist had difficulty communicating in English and made errors that seemed to trigger the manager’s reaction. Instead of resolving the issue calmly, the manager escalated the situation, causing me unnecessary stress during my stay. This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever been at. First the deadbolt on the door didn't work. So I asked for another room, and the guy said there were no more rooms and he then proceeded to tell me to use the chain, which snapped off as he grabbed it. Yet, there were only two cars in the parking lot besides myself and therefore he was clearly lying. After he left my room I looked around some more. I opened up the bed and checked the sheets and found filthy stains. My curtains for the window were covered in dust and they barely closed. There was a desk and chair. I touched the chair and paint flakes immediately covered my hand, and the seat cushion looked disgusting. The floors clearly were not vacuumed and the bathroom was less than sanitary. I immediately went to the front desk again

Room was mostly clean. One bed had stains all over it. Was told we could not turn on the air conditioning because central air was on. I garuntee you theres not a central air vent in that place. At night there seemed to be a flying insect nest of some sort and HUNDREDS of these things would be on our room door. We'd have to rush in and kill the ones that got in. There was no avoiding the bugs.

Fast room purchase, room was clean. Not to bad of a place.

THIS PLACE IS A RISK TO YOUR HEALTH AND WELL BEING! We paid for a 1 week stay and it was absolutely horrible. When we enterd the room it smelled disgusting and there was a dead cockroach in the fridge. During the night i went to go to the bathroom turned the light on and cockroaches swarmed the floor and went into the seams of the tub and in the radiator. The next day i was cooking food in the microwave and cockroaches ran out of all the vents on the microwave. The owners of the motel are also very mean and nasty, They gave us attitude and even called us a slur because we denied room service. The water in the building also has a bright blue coloration to it.
