Inexpensive place to stay. The rooms are clean, the people that own the hotel are very accommodating. The rooms were nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again, can't beat the price.

Nice king size bed. A lot of guest Labir Day weekend, overall, quiet, near downtown, near Lithia Park. Tv is decent, A.C works good! Nice people, just wish house keeping did its job. Overall, breakfast and a diner/bar in same parking lot.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room smelled of cigarettes, could not walk on the floor without shoes, the bathroom towels were stained and worn out, and the walls were covered in stains. They also moved me from cedarwood inn over here and didn’t offer to compensate me for the loss of amenities. I had to ask for a refund and what they gave me was a joke. I called and talked to the owner who is rude, was unwilling to listen to my experience and consider it, instead he called me a bully, talked over me and hung up on me. Honestly, it was like talking to teenager who thinks they have it all figured out. DO NOT stay here unless you’re cool with the bottoms of feet turning black from walking on the floor, using stained towels after taking a shower, and interacting with a very rude ow

Positive: Location. Handy to where I needed to go Negative: The manager was not very friendly. She only spoke to the desk clerk. Not me. Also, the $50 pre-charge is still going through. It should be cancelled. My full rate was already charged.

Terrible, dirty, not renovated. They want $130! Your joking. It was one of the grossest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. A women was shooting up and almost overdosed right by my room. Felt unsafe. There’s a loud dive bar next to it as well. Soooo overpriced for what that place is. It should be $50/60.
