Here is what happened in our recent stay with Scoast: 1. We booked this house because they offered a heated pool. We were then told that the pool is not heated. 2. When we arrived at night in darkness the host gave us the incorrect entry code of 7773 2879, when in fact it was only 7773. 3. On entering the house after a delay, the house was dirty and all the beds had been used. The towels were all piled up on the washing machine. The bathrooms had unwanted hair and the toilets were soiled. 4. The cleaner arrive the next morning and we had to leave the house as it takes 5-6 hours for one person to clean it. 5. We were offered the use of the jacuzzi it too 24 hours for the jacuzzi to be heated and then we could use it, but only after we wrote to the host to turn it on. That had to be repeated

AirBnB rental in Las Vegas, NV 1. Pet stains all over beige carpet 2. Food crumbs, wrappers, dirt all over & in between couch cushions 3. Dust and hair CAKED on cold air return 4. Went 2 nights without fitted or flat sheets on the beds 5. Back door handle is busted. Unable to access backyard 6. Apps on TV always show "offline". No instructions as to which remote does what. Unable to watch TV 7. Waaay overgrown landscape on walkway leading to front door. Had to climb through rock bed and dodge bees. 8. Informed by cleaning company manager that the photos of the home on AirBnB are way over a year old, which is FALSE REPRESENTATION! 9. Homeowner's OPEN NYQUIL bottles, deodorant, & vaporub under Master Bath sink. All of these issues were immediately presented to the host at check in. The onl

I chose this rental in ai rbnb because it was close to the beach. Parking was horrific and upon entering the room it was traumatic. The curtains were falling off the wall. The couch had multiple stains on it. The tub was disgusting with a constant drip. The mattress was Brown and felt like u were sitting on springs. The refrigerator had mold on it. To top it off there were roaches coming from behind the sink. I called the host to tell her my concerns with the room after leaving because I was not sleeping there. She said I'm sorry and has not contacting me regarding a refund. I wish I could post a picture of the roaches. Do not I repeat do not stay here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Someone booked with them using my bank card number. They refuse to refund my money even thought I have proven that I was not the one who booked with them, as well as proven my identity. They keep asking for information such as a copy of my bank card, etc. but then tell me that they "don't have my reservation", so they can't help me. Why not just refund my money and un-book the fraudulent party's reservations? Thinking they might have something to do with this. Beware folks. (gave them one star because you can't write a review without one).

DO NOT EVER RENT A VACATION HOME FROM THESE PEOPLE. Upon entering my rental there were roaches and mold. These people do not follow their own policy and do not have habitable rentals. Could not even stay in that rental and they canceled but refused to give a refund for their inhabitable rental. THEY ARE A SCAM!! STAY AWAY
