Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant

This place was a cool concept and the food tasted pretty good!! But I wish they played actual movies instead of the looping videos. Service was pretty good and our waitress was enthusiastic. I have to say tho, with the amount of customers, the service was pretty slow and getting the bill took a while. Be careful if you have a fast pass booked right after your meal. Also, the seats are not super super spacious to those who may need extra space. Highly recommend booking a reservation ahead of time because it is super hard to get a spot.

Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant was a really fun surprise, especially if you enjoy burgers and themed dining. The burger options are plentiful and actually very good, making it easy to find something satisfying. The drive in style setup is super cool, and the big screen playing classic and funny sci fi clips the entire time adds a lot to the experience. It was great that the clips kept rotating without obvious repeats, which kept it entertaining right up until we were finishing our meal.

This place at Hollywood Studios is so cool. Sit in a car and eat while you watch an old drive-in movie or cartoon. Food was very good. I enjoyed my bacon cheeseburger and fries and onion rings. (If you like pickles, be sure to ask for them). Our server was Jay and he was great and very attentive. Awesome experience. Loved my chocolate martini!

Made a reservation for 7pm, and could start check in at 6:45pm. After 7pm came I noticed the time was 7:15 and asked when we were getting seated because our reservation was 7pm. The gentleman behind the desk stated they are just getting to 7pm reservations. How are you that behind? What’s the point of making reservations when you’re not getting seated at the time you reserved. Once we finally got seated after waiting 20minutes after our reservation time, I noticed multiple empty cars. Obviously they are very disorganized. Food was okay, atmosphere was cool.

A truly unique dining experience at Disney’s Hollywood Studios! Eating inside a classic 1950s-style car while watching vintage sci-fi clips felt like stepping into another era. The atmosphere is cozy, nostalgic, and so much fun. The staff were friendly, and the food came out quickly. If you love immersive theming, this is one of the must-visit restaurants in the park. I’d definitely come back!
