Schooner Landing

We arrived at 6:30 pm. Hoping to relax for our first evening. No one was at front desk so we had to call a number and wait for someone to give us details on how to get in. A room key was the only thing available. No wi-fi password or info given. Had to "re-check in" in the morning in order to get all of the needed info. Front desk staff was very friendly although they didnt arrive until 8:30ish. Pool was very nice but doesn't open til 9 and closes at 4 on weekends, would've been nice to come home from a days activities and relax in the pool/hot tub/sauna, (although the sauna didnt work at all). But those hours open/closed dont allow for a full days' activities. I did read that in previous reviews though. There are no vending machines/ice machines in the facility, so bring your own. Ice mac

Be sure to check on status of amenities before booking. Pool was out of service and we were not informed until our arrival. Our unit did not have ocean views, was very dated with appliances on the fritz and carpet was dirty/stained. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but I would not stay here again or recommend this location to others until significant improvements are made.

Absolutely loved this place, peaceful the ocean view was beautiful big place everything you need definitely will be going back. Needs some work but dud not affect the condo at all inside. Can't wait to go back. The photos I added have the view of the ocean from our condo views in every room.

Was great, big rooms, no pool, bit of a ways to the beach gravel was slippery fell immidetly. free coffee, the toilets were loud, they refilled slow. They had so much extra toilet paper but our car wasn't big enough to take it. The rooms did not smell like mold, showers had a little needed some new caulk. Rooms were clean very comfy, nice furniture, we didn't get a good view, no nets on the screens but no bugs at all! We saw lizards, coyotes, jellyfish, crabs. Agate beach had bugs that came with the tide and bit you hard and the dunes were hard to walk.

Pros: Location is great. Spacious 2 bedroom townhouse. Cons: Outdated and worn. Carpet was badly stained. These are things we could "live" with, but worth noting. I think the things we struggled with were the fact that we thought there was a pool, but due to construction it was NOT available. The laundry room is only available between 9-5 and that is when we wanted to be out exploring, not sitting around doing laundry so we ended up at a laundromat late in the evening in town. There was no welcome info at check-in to provide the wifi code or any other info about the property. We ended up calling the after hours number to get that info. They disabled our key on our second night and said we had not properly checked in, which I thought that we had since we used the after hours number to get t
