Allred Hotel

Very relaxed atmosphere. Room was clean and cozy. The view was perfect. The binoculars were a nice touch, we were able to check out the boats out in the water. We even went down for dessert in the lobby lounge.

Positive: The view! Negative: The remodel of the rooms was a bit underwhelming- while the decor was lovely, the details, such as chipped paint and bad caulking really do matter more!

We had a fantastic stay at the Allred Hotel. The remodel is beautifully done — the rooms feel fresh, modern, and comfortable. The lobby and amenities are top notch and thoughtfully designed. The location is amazing, with stunning ocean views that made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend! Can't wait to return.

With no specific plans on where to stay in Newport, we landed at The Allred at Nye Beach and were not disappointed. Our room was lovely and the balcony provided another space to enjoy the beauty of the coast from. Our morning included a long walk on the beach just in front of the hotel. With onsite amenities, helpful staff, and restaurants and shops within walking distance, it was just what we were looking for. Will definitely return.

A must when adventuring to Newport. The staff were amazing. The food was fantastic. The bar was wonderful. Pool and hot tub were a godsend. All this while being beachfront on the stunning west coast shore. I couldn't have been happier with my choice to stay at the Allred. While a bit more expensive than some comps, it was worth every penny. The only reason it was a 4 and not a 5 is because while the rooms were renovated and updated,it is still evident that this is anolder structure which would have fared well having a bit more money put into it. Please don't let my criticism deter you from the Allred. It truely was an amazing experience and will be my go to place in Newport as long as the standards I experienced remain true.
