I like this place, we've been a couple of times. Very clean, well maintained... in the last year they have done a bit of maintenance ... the trail system has been restored, club houses are updated, paint is fresh, swimming indoors or out is always nice. We'll definitely be back again. With that said, why no 5? We got bite by a little detail in the fine print of a reservation that owners can end up staying longer than they planned and so the right is reserved to bump you to a different spot. This last time we thought we were getting a ocean view and we got a club house view. We got a credit for the difference but still, expectation wasn't met and no advance notice of such till we pulled in at 7pm. The rates also went up this year but I think you get what you pay for and they do maintain

Look...yes it's expensive. Yes, it's high end. Maybe even a bit bougie. But if your rig meets their requirements you will find yourself in the best glamp site in the country. Everyone is friendly and welcoming or quiet and keep to themselves. It's quiet. It's a dog's paradise. And if you're lucky enough to get one of the oceanfront sites, it's indescribable how beautiful it is. Great bathrooms/showers. Spotless and spacious. Walk the trail! There's all kinds of things to see and it goes largely unused. Did I mention the beach access? Like...the whole beach is just down the hill. Not the easiest thing navigating the transition from stairs to beach with two dogs, but just take your time and be careful. Oh...Instacart delivers food to this location via Fred Myers. Walkable res

Wow. Friendly staff, free wifi, and nice pool. Each spot is privately owned and then rented out. We had spot 187 - right on a bluff and great view of the ocean. The owners definitely put some time and money in upgrading their lot. Saw some whales. Its a small hike to the ocean but well worth it. Neighbors are super friendly too. The only gripe to the owners of 187 would be to refill your bbq propane - it was out. :) We will be coming back!!! - after reading the other reviews.. yes they are mostly expensive motor-coaches that stay here but our class B was welcomed.

Drove my way our way miles to stay here. They tried three times to charge our credit card. We drove to town for dinner and upon return told that we may need to wash coach. Site does say that the right to refuse your coach and that it must be in good condition. The marine layer obscures view. If you are in too showing off your million dollar rig this is your place. The last thing you want after traveling. is to have to wash your rig. We did not. With the concrete pas this place feels like a glorified trailer park. T here are loads of other places at this price. Please go there.

I had questions about our up-coming reservations for 1st time visit to this park. I called office and the General Manager answered, and she mistakenly accused me of calling and hanging up on previous calls. I told her that wasn't me, but she continued to be angry and abrupt, complained about her phone switchboard lighting up with too many calls all at once. She wouldn't let me ask my questions, or give purpose of my call. She said for any questions I have, I should have gone to the website to look for the answers. Then she hung up on me. So rude! Why would anyone want to stay at this $$$$ expensive park and deal this horrible customer service?
