SB-RV Park

Best RV park in South Texas!! Great rates, great internet, swimming pool to be the summer heat, everything you need is here. The owners and staff are the best.

After seeing the reviews, we chose this park for our long term stay due to my husband's job nearby. The staff (Tracy and Paula) were welcoming regardless of the time we arrived. They are available and very helpful. The park is well maintained. When the kids and I visit him, they enjoy playing at swings area. We have not yet tried the pool due to the cold weather but it looks clean. There is a coin laundry on site and a small gym area within the same building. Free internet and cable as well is a plus. This was a perfect choice for us!

My husband is a pipeliner therefore we travel with the RV all year long. Last year we discovered this jewel and we have just pulled back in this week. Tracey and Phil are the owners and you really couldn't ask for more. The place is immaculate, each spot has a little room instead of being a parking lot like most rv parks. There is a new pool, a cabana with patio furniture, a fire pit, a grill, they have a propane filing station, a gym, and a great laundry facility, and they are ready to help anytime. They can tell you where to go for just about anything and where the gods spots to eat are. And Tracey makes a mean queso blanco!. We love these people so much we stay in touch with them even when the job takes us away from Carrizo. We are always excited when we get to come back to the SB

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!! the staff is VERY friendly. The RV spaces are spacious. They are very pet friendly and have a nice large dog run. The laundry and gym are nice and clean. The park is very clean and safe. We stayed there for a couple of months and loved it. The staff is very nice and helpful. If we are ever in the area, this is DEFINATELY where we will stay.

We loved this park! Has everything you need except showers. No big deal though. The pool was great. Best wifi we have ever had anywhere across the country. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Very quiet park and never had any troubles or worries about anything. Hope we get to come back!
