Hampton Inn Carrizo Springs

Just finishing up my one night stay here and having stayed at Hampton inns, Holiday inns, all sorts, I've learned to expect the same thing from all of them across the board. Decent, reliable. What a lovely surprise to find a hotel in this range that just puts in a little bit more effort and attention. Extra free stuff for Honors members is nice but by far the best has been the STAFF here especially Maria. Super friendly and warm and helpful. If you ever have a reason to stay in carrizo springs stay at the Hampton inn.

Unfortunately, there was NO HOT WATER for the entire weekend. The room refrigerator did not work. Ice machine DID NOT work. Front desk clerk was not accommodating for the inconvenience. Especially since it was booked through a third party.👎🏽👎🏽😡😡😠😠

I had never been to either Crystal City nor Carrizo Springs, a funeral service brought me to the area. This hotel is only about a 12 minute drive from Crystal city and being a Hilton honors member I decided to book this hotel. I had a pleasant stay. I did have a hard time connecting to the internet but it wasnt a big deal. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable.

On our Spring Break trip to visit family and stayed here for a night. While on our road trip down, we stayed at three other hotels in the days before. This was the cleanest and the friendliest of the Hampton Inns we stayed at on our journey. We felt so comfortable and truly felt like we could rest while staying here. Also, the lovely lady that assisted us at check-in let us know about a fire alarm testing that was going to be done the next morning. I was so thankful for being informed. The night before, we had stayed at a Hampton Inn in Selma, TX and they did not tell us they were doing tests on their fire alarm. We were awoken at 6-7am with their loud alarm going off. I will highly recommend this hotel to family when they're visiting Carrizo and I will stay here on my next visit to see fa

We were driving through the night and decided to find a hotel room around 4:00 am. After several frustrating calls to other hotels that sent us through automated systems or quickly told us they were fully booked, we were starting to feel exhausted and a bit hopeless. But then we called The Hampton Inn in Carrizo Springs, and the experience was a breath of fresh air. A real person answered by the second ring (at 4:30 am!), cheerfully confirmed they had a king bed available, and invited us to come right over. When we arrived, the young man working the night shift at the front desk greeted us with a smile and got us checked in quickly.
