This placè is getting homeless off the streets and the disabled à place to call home. The stàff are great and made every accomadation possable foŕ my friend untill she found perminent housing! Thèy dont have much, but bring homes to many who desperately need them. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Excellent warm friendly. I am very Happy living here . Great owner and excellent staff very courteous helpful respectful and informative. The rooms are in excellent condition and the maintenance and repair are always their to fix things. I am very comfortable with the safe secure environment. I'm glad all outsiders have to check in the office. The floore is always kept clean .

I + 2 kids had nice studio apt back in 1993-'94. IT WAS REALLY NICE THEN! Worked at yellow cab a few blocks away. Rocky was then "HEAD"manager. Really nice. Also the lady (?Peggy?). This was all before the TWO fires there! Had bunk beds + single bed. Restroom, closet, SND a kitchen w stove + refrig. Coolest thing was there was an awning ( solid wood) that was built over sidewalk + had metal "circles" where people used to tie horses to!!! Top of awning was like an outdoor space where people visit..+ eat. Had picnic bench. This "patio" was directly outside my studio so I always knew where my kids were. Though my son, John, nearly lived at the old downtown library. We'd have pot lucks downstairs in lobby. And yard sales there. And weekends we were treated to a movie of our choice and FREE PO

The rooms are amazing they have plenty of space! The manager and the owner are great very helpful and very nice. David is amazing he is always there ready to help in any way he can. The staff are all great very attentive and a great teamwork! Front desk receptionists are on point! The maintenance crew is always ready to fix any issues that come aboard. I lived there for a couple years and I never had any issues with anything the pricing is good and everything is near by jack in the box, del taco downtown San Diego little Italy it’s amazing!! The buses the stores and the trolleys!! If I could live there again I would not even give it a 2nd tought! Unfortunately I had to move states but if I had a chance I know David and Michael would make it happen for us. Thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The rooms are okay, if you get one that has a bathroom and shower in it. There are some that are just the room with a bed, a microwave and a sink. The prices range from about $25.00 a night. They may be booked so call and check ahead of time. It’s not in the best part of downtown, but it is close to a lot of things. They do have a front desk that is manned 24 hours a day.
