Santa Fe Inn and Suites Pueblo

Positive: Location and price is what drew me to it. Also, had a pool (that was closed). Negative: Roaches. Three roaches within minutes of walking into the room. Obvious, horrible infestation. Also, the toilet did not flush. We left and requested a refund.

I like to stay here it is a little run down but the rooms are nice it's affordable. You have to be there at check in time and may have to wait they're not usually in the office.

We reserved the a room showed up Nobody was there to give us our key we called the numbers Nobody answered the calls. We waited for 30 minutes. We already paid for the room.

Well…it looks nothing like the pictures. Seemed like it was/is in a constant state of decline since and now it’s boiled down to an empty pool, no road sign, beat up parking lot, and check in though a slot on an exterior window to the lobby. Gives pay per hour vibes. Somehow our room wasn’t ready until 4 (check in 2pm). The WiFi provided was the slowest I’ve ever experienced.||BUT, at least everything in the room worked as it should, except the AC which didn’t cool past 74ish until after dark. Adequate hot water and pressure. Room was clean and didn’t have any over powering odors. Large room too and the beds were decent. ||I wouldn’t recommend staying here but it at least it wasn’t so bad that we skipped on a non refundable room and went to the Marriott.

My husband and I stayed at the Santa Fe Inn in Pueblo, CO last night. We chose it because it was the most reasonable place we could find close to o our medical facility. The clerk at the front desk was quite friendly and welcomed us. At first glance, the room appeared acceptable although it reeked of cigarette smoke. My husband called and asked for something to spray the room with. She told him it was a non smoking room, but said she'd provide us with a deodorizer... which I had to eventually go and get myself. The room had a stand alone refrigerated air unit, but it wasn't sufficient to cool the room. So we asked for a fan which we received about 40 minutes later. It helped a little, but even after taking cold showers, we were still too hot to sleep. The towels and wash cloths we
