Sandstone Street Bed & Breakfast

Great bed and breakfast within blocks of downtown, restaurants, bars, and shopping. I am particular when it comes to clean linens in my room, and this was exceptional! Breakfast was great and Virginia makes you feel right at home. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, clean stay with great breakfast.

Sandstone St B&B is so charming! Virginia and Jack were so delightful. Virginia LOVES doing what she does, and is very good at it. Our room was beautiful, beds were so comfortable, many amenities to make our stay comfortable. Their home is historic and preserved SO WELL. We had Afternoon Tea and again, Virginia provided such delicious food! She is a woman of meticulous detail, making our time so very memorable. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you, Virginia and Jack, for such a wonderful stay!

We had a great experience! Everything from the owner, to the property itself, and the breakfast were amazing. If you find yourself in Llano, this is the place to stay! The breakfast was a great experience bringing everyone who is staying together and the owner (Virginia) serves you a fresh and hot delicious breakfast. Highly recommend paying this place a visit!

The house is very beautiful and furnished with gorgeous antiques. It is impeccably clean. The rooms are also decorated with antiques but the heating and air conditioning are modern and efficient. Virginia is a talented and generous cook. Every morning she created a new breakfast for me that was delicious and attractively presented. She and her husband are kind and warm and easy to be with. I highly recommend staying with them if you are visiting Llano, Texas.

We had a lovely two night stay at Virginia & Jack's Sandstone Street Bed & Breakfast. We chose it because the town of Llano, where it is located, was to be nearly in the center of the path of totality for the Eclipse on April 8, 2024. We booked the Howard and Walker rooms, for ourselves and our two adult children and they were very comfortable as well as being well furnished with a decent size refrigerator and microwave for heating up food that we brought. Due to expected crowds in town, we did not want to have to go out for lunch or dinner. Breakfasts were delicious and healthy, and Virginia prepared them fresh each morning. The grounds are in a wonderful setting and are well maintained. There were plenty of chairs, and even a gazebo and table for eating meals outside. We highly rec
