Best Western Llano

I have to say, this was only my second time staying at a Best Western, and it was such a wonderful experience. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect and was a little nervous staying at a hotel with exterior doors as a solo female traveler, but I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I unfortunately can’t remember the name of the gentleman at the front desk when I arrived, but he was incredibly kind and welcoming. I had the chance to talk with him on two separate occasions and truly enjoyed our conversations. He was very knowledgeable about the area, which was so helpful, and even shared some of the hotel’s history. Very nice! Clean, affordable room and pet fee. Comfortable bed, hot shower and generous breakfast. I loved having a designated parking space in front of my room :). The front desk fellow came to the room immediately when I had a problem with the key, thank you!

A non-smoking room but also a non-smell good room featuring heavily stained carpet, rusted bathtub and filthy bathroom baseboards. Positives: it was very quiet and a pleasant host at front. Will not return.

I drove 12 hours straight from Phoenix just passing through at 1am and needed a room. The GM gentleman Ceto Desal was gracious enough to happily and quickly get me checked in when other hotels in the area could or would not. Always enjoy Best Western hotels, room is nice, King bed very comfy and refrigerator and microwave to handle my carry in food and drinks. Hot showers, breakfast served at 6 sharp, and Mr Desai was still up and at em preparing the food and refreshments for us this morning. If I am ever passing through Llano Texas again, I will absolutely return simply because Ceto's kind demeanor and professionalism. I appreciate it sir and BWHotels. Semper Fidelis 🇺🇸 ✊ 🇺🇸
