We stayed at The Birmingham House and thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing time. Great atmosphere and very comfortable. We would stay there again!

I heard about this place from a very dear friend and I decided to check it out. I took my husband and his parents and all of us thoroughly enjoyed every minute we were here! We got to see donkeys, horses, cows and deer. The view is just breathtaking during the day and the stars at night were just beautiful, our camera phones was not able to capture the beauty of it. The cabin is adorable and had everything I needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. We will definitely be returning again. Llano is a great place to visit and you can also go down to Fredericksburg. I cannot recommend this place enough! It is a great place to for a beautiful quiet getaway. Kristie was an amazing host and came down to meet us and give us great information about the area and great restaurants, treats to try!

We love this house. We meet up with friends from Nebraska for a long weekend jeeping. The house is designed that they have their bedroom/bath on one end and our bedroom/bath on the other. Great location and plenty of parking. This is the second year renting the Birmingham. We plan on next year as well!

Spent Mother’s Day weekend with my wife in the Hickory Ridge Cabin. Cleanest weekend getaway I have ever stayed in. Accommodating, and nothing shy of amazing. Views for miles with wild flowers and rolling hills. Close to Llano and Fredericksburg. Will be going back for sure 👍 Mike and Jen

The experience proved spectacular at every time of day: watching the sunrise from the front porch, petting the horse and donkeys during the day and exploring the property, grilling in the evening, stargazing at night. It is also well positioned to afford easy access to Fredericksburg, Llano, and Enchanted Rock. The house is very clean and comfortably furnished; it is next door to wonderful hosts who went out of their ways to welcome us and show us their home. I’m anxious to stay here again.
