The attendant that spoke broken- barely understandable English, TRIED charging us twice and took all our card information after we paid and booked a room online. -service 1/5- Once we provided our unnecessary information, we begrudgingly approached the room designated to us, happy to not be in a lobby the actual size of my home bathroom. Imma keep it short from here-we left instantly. sleep in your car. Please have a nice day and enjoy your time elsewhere.

I had previously written a nice review about this place. Sadly I had to delete it and replace it with this updated review. ||Upon my return trip room nine where I previously stayed was not available. Had to pay more for room 11 because it had 2 beds even though I was a solo traveler and repeat Customer.||I woke up with bedbug bites on my neck, hands and legs. This caused great discomfort for weeks.|The owner and his wife, were less than concerned and refused my request for refund. Telling me, their son was a lawyer. OK? I was so wrong about this place. Sad.||I encourage anyone else who has had this problem to post .

Positive: Room design was nice, towels, clean beds, Negative: No microwave per kitchenette as advertised. Very bad lighting AND please add semi private curtains for privacy and daytime lighting.Filthy lobby. Poor front desk help.

Came to St. George for a soccer tournament. The very first thing the man in the office did was complain that he lost money on me…. Because he didn’t change the price of the room online apparently and supposedly I got a great deal….. the office smelled sooo bad. The room was filthy. The sheets looked like they just made the bed up after the last guests left without being washed. The towels were dirty! We left after the first night, although we paid for 4. They are rude, the pool was so dirty and foggy so I didn’t let me kid swim. I don’t expect much getting a motel, but 100% don’t waste your money… or at least bring your own sheets, towels and pillows at VERY least. Be prepared for a rude customer service. He even got mad at ME because he didn’t program one of the keys

The hotel and the room was what we paid for, it worked. It wasn’t the most comfortable but it was what we expected and can be excused, what can’t be excused is dishonesty. When we arrived we were set in a room that had a door that opened and closed initially but then maybe the third time using it the latch bolt seized for some reason so the door straight up couldn’t lock or stay closed anymore. It looked like it was maybe just old and cheap so we immediately went and notified the staff about the issue. There was a slight language barrier but pretty quickly they realized it couldn’t be quick fixed so we asked to be moved to another room and they obliged, we later saw what looked like a locksmith they hired working on the door but we stayed in another room and were fine.
