Best price in town per week to not be in a roach/bedbug or drug den. Well accomidated as far as necessities. Staff is lacking help for maid service but willing to accomidate as needed. Quiet as far as others..near railroad tho. Overall if you you need a longer term place to stay with out the hassle of addicts, this is decent.

Rude! They will pretend not to speak English when you ask for your $5 deposit back for the key. They complain if you ask for toilet paper every other day. Their sinks and showers clogged in almost every room. They wake you up 10 or earlier for you to leave the room. If u are a smoker they will ask u to only smoke in your room. Cuz they don't like the smell. You can't have anyone over that isn't originally checked in. Not even your family or friends. They have no problem telling your friends and family they don't want them there either. Very rude. The day i left my phone was still in the room. I went back to the room 5 minute later and my phone was gone. And when i asked her for it she said she'll call the cops. I google mapped my phone two days later and its still there at sands mot

I like the new redone rooms. They are very beautiful compared to the before. My friend added his own special touch which made it quite homie but the owners are loud and rude at times.

Crerk Lady a bit unfriendly. Rooms smells weird and theres a lot of space in the room. The walls are just plain blocks and the tv is way too old. But you get what you pay for. 45$ for a night.

This place is awful! The owners HAVE no morrals or heart. My mom was beat up and held hostage! We ask for a refund, being as it was the 2nd day and she pay for a whole week. They did not care!! The place is filthy
