I booked this motel with modest expectations and was genuinely surprised. From the moment I arrived, the check-in was quick and friendly. The front desk staff treated me like a regular rather than a transaction. The parking lot was well lit and felt safe at night. My room was spotless, which immediately set a positive tone. The bed was more comfortable than many upscale hotels I have stayed in. The linens smelled fresh and were clearly well maintained. The room layout was practical and thoughtfully arranged. We booked the hotel and it was horrible from start to finish. The rooms are disgusting. The manager is horribly rude. Not sure if he’s the owner. The hotel is very rundown and musty smelling. On a positive note the maintenance guy is fabulous and very friendly as he had to fix things in the room. I would not suggest walking around the room, barefoot as your feet will stick to the carpeting. There is no elevator. They do not assist you with anything when checking in or checking out. There were people camping in the hallways for hours. Not sure if there were guests or if they just enjoyed sitting in the hallway. The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but showing a little wear and tear. Great stay at a great price.

While the pricing for this place was one of the cheapest we could find, because of the customer service and how rude the family (well the parents, obviously their kids aren't included) were super rude to us. I was pregnant and stayed here with my boyfriend for a couple months, we were there up until a month before I gave birth. I hated having to have any interaction with them, and I'm not talking about the house keeping employees or other staff.
