My husband and I love this property! We live close and love to book a room for the weekend.Especially in the winter time. We would really appreciate one of the two hot tubs be adults only. It’s so hard to relax when kids are splashing around in both hot tubs. It’s deterring us from staying again.

From the moment I walked through the main doors, the greeting I received, to accommodating my needs, and the interaction with Kim, Hannah, Shae, Robert, and the housekeepers, I will never forget how each person made me feel during each interaction. Kim the assistant manager, has such dedication to her job/position that it reflects on the other employees. The customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced specifically at a hotel. All the front desk staff and management not only do their job but they go beyond the call of duty to ensure you stay feels as if you never left home. I want to thank Warner, their cook, who never takes a day off. Cooks fresh breakfast EVERY MORNING and greets you with a warm good morning, and makes sure you start off your morning off right😊 thank yo

Positive: Pool and hottub Negative: Room was infested with ants. Wife had bug bites. Hotel bed was extremely firm. Breakfast was sub par.

Shay's warm greeting and excellent Customer service is greatly appreciated. We really appreciated the Christmas decor in entry, pool/breakfast area! Merry Christmas! All our questions and concerns resolved promptly. Offers accommodating parking for a semi with trailer. The working in room heater is louder than expected. Comfortable king bed. Room was free of odors. Restaurant next door was a plus.

Service was nice, stayed 2 nights here. The hotel room is out dated, needs a new shower head the shower was dirty the water was warm which made it better. There were drunk people in the hot tub screaming so loud. The workers didn’t seem to care, also somebody was smoking marijuana near our room which came through our vents staff didn’t do anything about it.
