We can't wait to go back. It's peaceful and beautiful. The cabin on the waterfront was beyond clean! Bed was comfortable and the cabin was spacious. The view from the porch overlooks the lake and it's perfect for morning coffee. The new owners are very sweet. They have plans for a convenience store, a breakfast buffet, and they are planning to have different activities during the summer. We can't wait to go back and see the difference. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Great place to stay. The owners are super friendly and helpful. The Motel is great to stay if you plan on fishing and the parking lot has electrical outlets to charge your batteries. There is a boat ramp that offers access to the lake. We will definitely be staying again.

I LOVED my experience! The owners are such wonderful people. Rooms were clean, the atmosphere was peaceful and cozy, and the kitchen was complete with everything I needed to cook/bake with. Great place for a family vacation, or just need a weekend getaway. Loved the cabin in the woods experience!

This was my first online booked cabin campsite that I booked with my Bass club that was super clean and nice. It was nice not to smell mildew, fish, smoke, or any foul odor for a change. Everything worked as expected. Their heating and cooling system worked excellent. The cabins are fully updated with smart TVs, highspeed internet, full kitchen, comfortable beds, nice furniture, and clean linen/towels. The hot water and pressure for the showers were perfect. We rented their boat docks which saved us the effort of launching and retrieving our boats daily. Their boat docks are brand new, fully covered, with electric outlets per dock and fully lit with super bright white lights at night. Nice 1–2-minute walking distance from our cabin. Me and my wife Melody are native East Texans by heart although we lived in other places. We had the pleasure of staying here and I’m giving it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars!! Check in process was easy, the rooms were very clean, the atmosphere was lazy and relaxing, and we’re looking forward to returning back soon. The new owner has a gem deep in the heart of the piney woods!
