For the price this is very good deal right on the lake very peaceful at the end of the road so no traffic noise. And the showers are top notch great pressure, and I didn't run out of hot water. The fish cleaning station is inside so rain or shine or night and day you can clean your fish. The owners are very friendly and helpful. the 3 stars on the room and service are due to noisy A/C that cycles on & off more often than necessary and the store hours could be a bit more flexible. But all in all, I recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to spend a fortune and still have a great time fishing or just goofing off at the lake.

We love this place! We found it by accident last year. It's in a quiet area with minimal traffic. It has a boat launch, boat slips, fuel for boats, fish cleaning station, & swimming! There's also a convenient store/bait shop on the premises. The motel is nothing fancy but perfect for a cheap getaway. For 2 rooms for 2 nights, we paid $295 (Friday 08/08/25 - Sunday 08/11/25). It's clean and well maintained. The owners are very nice too. There are plenty of cafe/restaurants to choose from within a 10 minute drive. This was the 2nd time our family stayed here and we will be back again.

Small rooms especially bathroom. I am a big guy. But still highly recommend this place. Price is incredible. And the views are better. They haveade many upgrades to boat slips and the ground.

My family and I came here to go Swimming and thinking this was a great place to go until We saw the owner hit 1 of her employees in the face I don't know what she had in her hand and hit her with it in the face but no Never will we come here again!!!!! If that is how they treat their employees no aggressive behavior is not acceptable!!!! This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star

If you are really a lover of minimalism and nature, this is the place for us. The location is the most important thing about this place, right in the middle of Toledo Bend. There is a boat ramp, a small dock, and a marina. They have some gazebos with tables and a small beach for the family. About the rooms, they are clean; with really comfortable beds. The bathroom is very clean. This is something I always see in any motel/hotel. It is really clean. They have a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker in the room. The owners live on the outskirts, so they are easily accessible for any need. The place is quiet and friendly. There are some trailers and RVs that are also available for visitors. I was really surprised by this place for its relaxing vibe and tranquility. I highly recommend it.
