It is a roof over your head... But for the price, you would expect the toilets to stop running after being flushed and the washer/dryer to not sound like you are being shot at. Plus all the cracked windows don't really add to the atmosphere well. There is a double oven, nice pantry, 3 floors, and a fire pit. You are far enough away from the main drag that you'll want to drive.
Absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room
