San Pedro Resort Community

This park is immaculate! Each site is large and pristine. The park models are well kept and the residents are so friendly. We have a small Class C coach but this park can also accommodate big rigs. I've never seen a nicer dog park with comfy seats for the humans. Beautiful plantings everywhere. We didn't use the restrooms or the indoor pool but the outdoor pool was clean and a perfect temp. We had an issue with a weak wifi issue at our site but they cheerfully moved us to a site with a stronger signal. We're going to explore Kretchner Caverns this afternoon. Great park and super value for the money.

It was still the off season, so it was easy to get reservations. It was very quiet, far enough away from the RR tracks that run right through Benson (& have LOTS of trains, 24/7), as well as far enough away from the interstate, to not be bothered by noise from either. There was a nice laundry on site, as well as an activity room that had daily activities that you could participate in. Very convenient to Tombstone, Bisbee, Willcox, Chiricahua, Tucson, Saguaro National Park, Tubac...all are nice day trips from Benson. Would stay there again.

Lived here in my RV for 6 mos. Just purchased a manufactured home here. Jason and Sheri who run the park are knowledgeable, kind and service oriented. Tons of amenities. Pleasant residents.

Inside jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pool, pickle ball court, dog park, RV spaces and mobile homes, and mobile homes for sale. Hosts, maintenance, and Park Office are wonderful.

We had a wonderful 2 month stay here. Excellent prices. Allowed us to get to numerous hiking, birding, and sightseeing areas. Nice walking areas in the washes behind the resort, regular 4 mile loop, as well as an approximate 1.5 mile loop if you stay within the community. Sherry (sp?) is the best to deal with in the office. Very pleasant.
