Red Barn RV Park & Campground

This campground is VERY close to the freeway and thus has A LOT of road noise all night long. If that doesn't bother you, it's a nice place to stay. They were very friendly and the campground was easy to find and overnight stays seem to be given drive though sites which are fairly level. We didn't have to unhitch, but did need to add small blocks under one side. The freeway noise did bother both of us, but we each have sleeping earbuds which helped a lot. They take Passport America, which helps a lot with the price, if you're only staying 1-2 days.

Rustic and inviting place to stay. The desert is right out our door, great for taking walks, and the mountains are all around us. Pretty view. Great prices . Max is good to all of us. He is friendly and caring. We are spending second winter here, and have made some great friends. We got used to the traffic noise from the interstate. Feels safe, and secure. Max works hard keeping the grounds clean and neat. The barn is old, but doesn't matter to us, Only about a mile from great shopping.

The facility for laundry and restroom were clean. The location was right off I-10 which is convenient but also loud through the night. Our family didn’t mind the noise, slept well. This is one of the only locations that allow for late check in, and RV’s older than 10 years without a photo needed. Showers were 60 degrees, even though the attendant said the water gets hot.

The management was very helpful & professional. Absolutely the worst shower facility I’ve ever used. The building is nice but without hot water it’s practically like bathing with a hose in a barn. The water warms just slightly enough to make you think you can wash off in it. Not the place to stay if you’re looking forward to a hot shower.

A low-key RV Park with good size pull through sites and full 50 amps hookups. Dog park with an area of fencing missing. It's not glamorous, but good for an overnight stay or 2. The person answering the phone was great! If you're a Veteran, they offer a Veteran discount. I would recommend if you're looking for a low cost, no frills place to stay.
