Do not go here. First of all, I called asking if I could leave my luggage at the front desk as my partner and I were arriving before check in and needed to keep it somewhere. (due to the late check in) They informed me that I would be able to leave it at the front desk with no problem. We arrive and see several signs stating that the front desk was on the 4th floor, there was none. I then called again and was told there was no front desk, hello???? I stated prior about this specific location and even on the website stated that I could keep my luggage at front desk so, what happened? So disappointing as we had to walk around Miami for 4 hours with multiple heavy suitcases and bags (95 degrees). Secondly, the air conditioner… HUGE ISSUE! The Samantha by Lowkl exceeded the expectations. The staff is very understanding and welcoming, even thought there could be some complications during the arrival process, overall, during the stay the responses were instant simply by messaging, which is very convenient. The room is cozy, comfortable, as well as the little kitchen that is provided. The location is amazing - two minutes from the beach, bus stop, and some grocery stores. To conclude, it’s an excellent value for the price that you pay.

We stayed here for five days and loved it. The place was clean, quiet, and absolutely worth the price. Our apartment had two huge beds and a full kitchen, and it could easily accommodate four people!! The hotel is in a very convenient and safe location, just five minutes from famous Miami Beach. Overall, we had an amazing stay for what we paid and would definitely recommend it :))

Very nice rooms right by the ocean, and decent parking options (walkable) if you're here for longer stay. FANTASTIC service from the team and the manager, Elias. They were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Check in is at 4pm but depending on availability you can check in earlier (we were able to check in a bit after noon). Really impressed with the experience and appreciative of the management team.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the price — literally nothing else. The bathroom grout was covered in mold, the corners had cobwebs and thick layers of dust. The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear every step from the floor above, and mornings start with the sound of construction work instead of rest. The washer and dryer were rusty and looked like they hadn’t been replaced in decades. A clogged toilet was reported and promised to be fixed the same day, but no one ever showed up, forcing us to handle the issue ourselves. If you value cleanliness, peace, or basic maintenance — avoid this place. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
