I live at another of their properties in town. It is not bad except there are several dogs running loose and almost no one cleans up after their dogs. The cable almost never works and I have reported it several times with nothing being done about it. The internet, however, works great. It occasionally slows down, but pick right back up.

I have lived here for 6 months now, and they have still not fixed the cable tv which is included in the rent. I have reported it several times with most of those times nobody even coming to check on it. They have a couple of times got it to work for me, but it is out the next day. It is nearly impossible to watch anything because the picture freezes every few seconds. Many channels randomly disappear. Often times the sound is 5 minutes ahead of the picture. The people in the office seem to think there is no reason anyone should be upset about this. If you are looking for basic housing and don't mind no tv then this is perfect for you. However, if you want cable and internet, keep looking.
