We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. What really made our experience special was the amazing service. Kat, the General Manager, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. She made sure we felt right at home and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. We’ll definitely be back!

I had the best time here. The food is great, and the shared amenities were awesome. Each cabin has its own outdoor patio, and then a shared public space with games and campfires every night. Its a convenient location and you can walk to town and beaches really easily. The hosts were incredible! 10/10 for all the staff!

The rooms provided good value for the cost. Felt a little like a "Dirty Dancing" set with frills. The staff behind the bar (when we were allowed there " were great but we received absolutely no communication from Management that there was a "Private Party" Thursday, Friday and Saturday and that the hotel bar was "Out of Bounds" in the evenings for hotel guests. The Management/Owners were onsite but appeared to be wrapped up in their own world with no interaction or PR with guests even in mid-late afternoons. The dismissive approach when asking if we can have a drink at the bar left an unsavory tone to our stay .... no mention of apologies for the inconvenience or "Please take a seat - we are so sorry - what can we get you on the house for the inconvenience". It was my first time at Ruschmeyer’s in Montauk, and from the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The front desk team was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond—helping with my bags and giving me a great lay of the land.||The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and comfortable. But the real magic was in the shared spaces—the expansive lawn, cozy fire pits (complete with a s’mores kit!), shady trees perfect for relaxing, and a stylish bar and lounge area inside.||The location couldn’t be better—just about 0.7 miles to downtown and the beach, making for an easy walk or bike ride. We made the most of our time here and are leaving tan, full, and completely satisfied. Couldn’t ask for more—already looking forward to my next visit!

I particularly loved the Byredo products in the restroom, adding a touch of luxury. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful; they even surprised me with a bottle of rosé for my birthday! The cherry on top was the availability of free bikes for us to explore the area. My husband and I will definitely be returning!
