1.black mold in shower 2.my babies feet where black from walking around the livingroom 3.hassle to talk to customer service 4.customer service had attitude 5.hidden fees that i was not told about 6.furniture in unit seems dated 7.pink mold in the hot tub in bathroom 8.had to clean the room before settling in 9.no room service since we didnt stay the 8 days 10.tile grout in bathroom are black 11.A/C vent in bathroom has black mold inside of it. 12.no fitted sheet on king bed. 13.no blanket on kids bed. no pillow cases either on kids bed 14.loud neighbors above us stomping around 15.loud music upstairs till super late at night 16.buggers one the walls in the kids room Don't do it! You'll regret it! Housekeeping has obviously never cleaned the rooms. It's nasty!

Haven’t even been here 24 hours and I absolutely regret booking this place for a whole week! 1st...you have to receive a key code and room number to get in your room... which were not given... ok, then just go to the front desk... problem is they do t have a front desk... we arrived at 3:30pm and spent the next 4 hours trying to reach someone to get this information... all the numbers listed anywhere for this resort is either a soliciting line trying to get you to buy something... or you speak to some one with broken English that can not find the booking number, reservation number or even anything under your name. Sooooo.... waiting around for 4 hours (8 people, including a 4,3,yr old and 15 month old) that we need to get settled, fed, and bathed this late in the day is absolutely frustrat

Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews, they were not written recently. This place is terribly unorganized and renovations are “out of control” it’s a hazard to stay here. They will take your money, and refuse to give out refunds for the terrible unhealthy environment.

There is NOTHING CLOSE TO YOUR ROOM. Actually nothing on the grounds .no where to get drinks / bottle water .n the pool is a long walk depends where u r at . Just wasnt very happy with the set up.

the location was great but the house itself wasn't updated and TV wasn't well and rugs was dirty . my bed broke the 1st day never was fix
