Royalton Park Avenue

I love this hotel. Our stay has been so relaxing. The pool is hot enough to enjoy even in freezing winter temperatures, the food and drinks are reasonably priced and delicious. Happy hour is a plus. I haven't met a single staff member I didn't like. The room has everything you could want and it's on the same block as the 4 and 6 subway stop. I highly recommend making this your trip destination.

So we stayed for Christmas 2025. The hotel itself - its not the ritz carlton or the old school money vibe of the plaza. The rooms aren't absolute perfection, for example a chipped tile or so in the bathroom. But do not let that deter you. These staff members are without doubt some of the best I've ever experienced in the world. Special mention to Paul and Jackson from the front desk, the guys went above and beyond every single time. Truly exceptional customer service. Ive named two but each staff member was this level.||The location is amazing. Central. Close to 2 subway stations but the best part is I could honestly not find one bad spot for food or drink anywhere near this place. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks. Fantastic hotel. King superior room fits my family of 4 really well with the sofa bed. Spacious room, great bathroom, quiet AC. Location is fantastic because 6 train is one block away, other stations within walking district. Rooftop pool is fun, great view of Empire State Building. Unfortunately kids need to leave at 6pm which wasn’t clear to us before we booked, so take note. Fun rooftop bar and restaurant with overpriced drinks but good happy hour specials. I’d stay here again.

We booked a Superior Queens/Queens room. It was exactly right for 4 persons (2 adults and 2 teenager). The room was very clean and we enjoyed the wonderful area. We explored everything on foot because the hotel has a very great and central location in midtown. Good delis and bagel shops around the corner. We really loved it and the staff was very welcoming and helpful when we had questions. In the morning we enjoyed our coffee and tea at the rooftop bar which is offered for free. We would stay there again.

Our stay was fantastic! I feel like this hotel is a hidden gem. The service was awesome. The room was huge and clean. The balcony was a perfect little taste of the city. The penthouse accommodations were SPECTACULAR!! (A heated indoor pool. A beautiful lounge room with an amazing view of the city). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and truly wished we had more time there to enjoy all their luxuries!
