Royal Plaza Inn

Location is great and everything but service is awful at best. We have been here for 15 days now and we have only had maid service and our sheets changed one time. Needless to say this is the perfect condition for bedbugs, ticks, or fleas! And don’t waste your time going to the front desk because they are “not responsible” for housekeeping not showing up!

I had a wonderful time staying at Royal plaza hotel very friendly staff. I even got to meet the pool man Bluewave pools do a amazing job keeping pool and spa very clean I highly recommend this place

Positive: Comfort very nice. Good air-conditioning. Cleanliness is good. Negative: I am really unhappy no pool. There is green and brown algae growing in the entire pool. Very dangerous. car in shop, no transportation and 114 outside, the pool was very important. There was no notice before my first reservation. I?m stuck here.

I recently stayed at this hotel because it was only a few miles from the casino. There is shopping in the area and the casino was less than 10 minutes away. ||||The staff was friendly if not helpful. I showed up after having traveled 3 hours in the car and was told that my room was not ready because it was still being cleaned. I was also told the pool was locked because of recent chemicals being added. I think in the middle of a hot day, was bad timing. I also noticed that there were a couple of chairs by the pool, but no patio umbrellas. I do not understand the lack of shade as it is Pal Springs area. My room keys did not work and had to be re-scanned. ||||The room was cool, but never got really cold even though the AC was set to the extreme. The room itself appeared mostly clean, though

Nicole and Lupe were the most kind and loving women. In my situation they were knowledgeable about a lot of help me and my grandkids. I will and have been referring The Royal Plaza Inn for family's in need.
