Royal Inn - Speedway Indianapolis Airport

The longer I stay here the more comfortable it gets. It's an okay place newly remodeled what's ongoing updates. The prices Fair it could be better. The location is moderate. One thing I can say is that they work with you on the price if you are short. Pretty much like a landlord. But one thing's for sure they definitely won't take money it doesn't matter if it's a damn daughter they want that. Keep your receipts. And don't mess up no towels or anything that will screw up your deposit return. They are about business for real when it comes to that money. It's been times I've been short and you let me slide. But not know later in 3:30. Max at the most but they still didn't have to do that so that was pretty cool. Hospitality is normal housekeepers are nice the front desk lady she's very kind

Positive: Rooms clean, reasonably renovated Negative: This hotel could be good with a bit of work. Rooms are not bad, but let down by either noisy or non-functioning a/c units, small lapses in cleanliness, and really poor bathroom amenities (soap was basically an unusable soap chip). Broken window blinds.

I was told that in addition to booking online that I would also have to put a 50 dollar deposit that would be returned to my account with in three weeks . It has been several months since I had my stay and no return on deposit, I took my own garbage bag and had cleaned the room myself before leaving. My night was bad, people going down hall pounding on wall and yelling went outside my room. we had a ground floor room and someone kept pacing back in forth outside our window, I shut the blinds so that nobody could look into the room. TV remote did not work and they did replace it with another remote the changed channels with the vol. and the channel button would turn the tv sound up and down. gas can was sitting outside my car when we left in the morning. I will be looking for a more

If I can give a zero star I would. The staff at this place is very unprofessional and rude. Ive complained of people smoking drugs in the room next to mine and down the hall. And no its not just weed, its for sure a pungent smell almost of cat pee. Nobody does anything about the banging and screaming all night. I witnessed a lady fall from a wet floor and the old man behind the desk just asked the lady about the money she owed not even if she was OK. Ive lost faith in this place and its people running it. Do not recommend! Do not trust this place, they will take advantage of anyone they can.

0 stars if possible. My family and I had a horrible stay. We did not get our deposit back because they falsely claimed we took towels—there were barely any towels provided. Housekeeping removed towels and didn’t replace them, leaving one partial set for four people. Police were at the property almost every night, and the environment felt unsafe. There was a serious rodent problem—we caught 8 mice in one week, including 3 in one trap in one day. The TV didn’t work either. Do not recommend this place at all.
