Ross Motel

My friend and I spent 2 nights here during our trip from PA to Florida. We picked it because of the cost and thought the pictures of the motel were nice. Room was old, but seemed clean. No one made up the Room after our first night. Frig old and rusty, but it did work. Bathroom needs upgrade badly;minimal linens and a few bars of soap. Got in late and had to buzz our way in. Clerk not very cordial. And may I mention that it wasn't until the next morning that we realized the business next door was a vet with kennels in the back. Who needs an alarm when you have dogs barking at 6am? Yes, it was less than $60 a night, but even that was too much for what we got.

Excellent service, staff was great, rooms looks to be recently renovated. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was surprisingly cozy, Basic amenities like a mini-fridge and microwave were provided. Overall had great experience..

I stayed at the Ross Motel in Williamston, NC, on November 8, 2025. Although I reserved a non-smoking room, there was a noticeable smell of smoke upon entering. Additionally, my friend discovered an iPhone under the mattress, which raised concerns about the thoroughness of the room’s cleaning. While the accommodation was acceptable for a single night’s stay, I would not recommend it for an extended visit. Rating: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2 out of 5)

There were bed bugs in any rooms I had paid for. I would wake up with bites and if I was up late, I’d see them crawling

Had a great stay here it’s close to the shopping center and the staff was perfect they accommodated all of my needs would definitely stay again
