Quality Inn Williamston

Went here with my wife for Christmas. The ladies at the desk and housekeepers are amazing. They let us check in half hour early, and double checked to room to make sure was ready. The room was clean, and is amazing. The breakfast was simple but right for what we needed, coffee and snacks for the road. We have been here before, always a good cheap stay.

VERY VERY friendly and accommodating. The area felt safe and the lobby and parking areas were clean. The room and the hallways were a bit dated but the bed was comfortable. I was traveling for an out of town music engagement and arrived about 230am. They already had me checked in and took great care of me. They even offered to allow me a later checkout if needed. That is the definition of hospitality.

Positive: Cindy, the front desk person, was very helpful and switched my room promptly due to the smell in the original room. Negative: The original room I was assigned smelled (mold or stale cigarette smoke?) so much I could not stay in it. The hotel definitely needs updating. It's very dark when you walk into the rooms because there is no light in the entry way.

Totally dissatisfied with my room. I saw roaches, the tv did not work, and the chair in the room was covered with what looked like animal hair as well as white stains. They just turned the pillow over. It was filthy. I have stayed at this hotel before and never experienced this.
